So what will Helpzit actually do for me?
You tell us the boring job you don't want to do — stand in a queue, carry your shopping bags, pick up a parcel, wait at home for a delivery. Someone nearby does it. You get your day back.
Who will show up to help me?
A verified person from your own area. Before anyone can accept a task we'll check their ID and run a background check, and you'll see their rating and reviews before you choose. You are always the one who says yes.
How much will it cost me?
You set the price when you post the task. A helper accepts only if it works for them. No hidden charges and no surprise bill at the end.
Will my money and my stuff be safe?
This is the part we're building most carefully. You'll track your helper live, your money stays with us until the task is actually finished, and support is one tap away if anything feels off.
Do I have to be there while they do it?
Nope — that's the whole point. Stay home, stay at work, or keep sleeping. Your helper keeps you posted and you watch it happen on your phone.
